売上規模が約10兆円、時価総額が約20兆円ある日立グループの経理・財務コーポレート部門として、企業価値の最大化に向けて攻めの財務戦略を遂行することがミッションです。

日立はデジタル、グリーン、イノベーションなど幅広い分野において、データとテクノロジーでサステナブルな社会を実現する社会イノベーション事業を推進しています。本部門は本社の財務統括部として、幅広い事業部やグループ会社と連携いただきます。

【募集背景】

経営環境の変化が激しく、デジタル化も加速するなか、企業には従来以上に迅速かつ柔軟な経営判断が求められています。

その中で、グループ全体の決算プロセスを効率化することは、企業の競争力を高め、企業価値を向上するための不可欠な取り組みとなっています。

日立財務のコーポレート部門では、国内グループ会社の決算業務を標準化し、スピードと精度を兼ね備えたプロセスを構築することで、経営基盤を強化し、持続的な成長を支えることをめざしています。

この変革を実現するためには、個社レベルでの決算書作成から税務申告までの実務に精通し、現場の課題を理解したうえで、グループ全体の業務集約をリードできる人財が不可欠です。さらに集約された業務へのAIエージェントの活用等のDXを推進するべく、人員補強のための採用を開始しました。

【職務概要】

現在本部署では、日立製作所グループの決算業務をインハウスシェアード会社に集約すべく大規模プロジェクトが走っています。

今回ジョインいただく方にはプロジェクトメンバーとして、本プロジェクトの推進に寄与いただきます。

【職務詳細】

・国内小規模グループ会社の決算書業務の標準化/インハウスシェアード会社への集約推進をお任せします。

・まずは中小規模の複数販売会社の決算業務について、来年10月にシェアード会社に集約すべく、各社業務の棚卸し、業務整理、標準化検討に従事いただきます。

・併せて、各社のファイナンス人財育成やDX推進などのテーマにも取り組んでいただくことを期待しています。

グループ全体を巻き込む非常に大規模なプロジェクトであり、将来的にはプロジェクト全体のマネジメントはもちろん、財務統括本部内の他部署に異動して制度会計/管理会計などのスペシャリストなど、様々なキャリアの選択肢があります。

【働く環境】

1.配属組織/チーム:配属の部は20名程度の体制であり、年齢層は20〜40代後半です。

2.働き方:在宅勤務可能、出社頻度は週3回前後です。

応募資格
【必須条件】

下記いずれか必須

・事業会社における月次・年次決算業務、税務申告業務を一通り担当した経験をお持ちの方

・もしくは監査法人ご出身、コンサル会社にて経理DX推進経験がある方

(年間売り上げ数十億以上の企業のファイナンスor案件経験を想定)

・業務プロセス改善や標準化の提案・実行経験

■想定月給:540,000〜605,000円

■想定年収:9,100,000〜10,300,000円

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
