Facilities Control Engineer

Facilities Control Engineerは、広島工場内のプロセス、設備、製造の流れを理解し、監視システムの改修、新規導入、最適で安全な制御設計を行い、各種プロジェクトを遂行する責任者です。また、トラブル対策、最適運転管理を行うために専門知識を利用し、改善業務を行うと共に、運用コストの削減を図り、関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作ります。
職務
- 法令を遵守し、安全を考慮した設備計画・設計の実施
- 安全衛生基準・環境基準の理解と遵守
- 技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明
- 法令・規則を遵守した設計・許可書類の作成
- 設計・施工に対する仕様書の作成
- 設計図面の取り纏め
- プロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進（Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理）
- 設備性能検査方法の決定
- カスタマーの要求の把握
- トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開
- 統計的データーに基づいた品質管理
- コスト・省エネ・環境管理活動の推進
- 設備の負荷管理及び設備更新・増設の計画
- 設備劣化状況の把握及び維持・更新の計画
- 専門技術・知識の開発、実行、共有
- 技術レポートの作成・論文の発表
- トレーニング資料の作成及び開発
- 業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献
- ファシリティー監視システムの提供、オペレーション上のトラブルサポート、トラブル解析
- FMEAによるリスク解析
必要な知識・能力・経験
- 製造業のSafety関連知識と実務経験5年以上
- 一度に複数のTask/Projectを処理するスキル及び優先順位を付けるスキル
望ましい項目
- 半導体工場または、協力会社での実務経験
- 設備制御、PLC制御の実務経験
- Building Automating, Process Automation 実務経験
- 英語での実務コミュニケーションスキル（電話会議、プレゼンなど）
