Facilities Control Engineer is a key role in our Hiroshima factory, responsible for designing and implementing optimal control systems for processes, equipment, and manufacturing. This involves understanding the flow of production, modifying and introducing monitoring systems, and performing various projects to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing safety and have skills in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additional desirable skills include experience in semiconductor factories, facility control, PLC control, and building automation. The role also requires strong communication skills in English, including phone meetings and presentations. The successful candidate will contribute to the reduction of operating costs, risks, and accidents, and create a safe and comfortable working environment. Responsibilities include: following laws and regulations, designing safe and compliant facilities, understanding and adhering to safety and environmental standards, creating technical plans and reports, managing projects, conducting inspections, and performing troubleshooting and analysis. The Facilities Control Engineer will also be responsible for developing and sharing technical expertise, creating training materials, and contributing to business improvement and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
