Who we are

Since its establishment in 2010, we have gained market share in the advertising platform business, and since 2016, it has begun developing digital marketing tools and expanding its offerings (site search engine, chat tools, MA, SFA/CRM, BI). This time, by reviewing our service system and integrating various products under two new brands, we will promote our service offerings and contribute to supporting marketing activities and improving the corporate performance of Japanese and Asian companies.

Roles and Responsibility

・国内トップクラスを目指す自社プロダクトの更なるマーケットシェア獲得に向けた事業計画/戦略の策定。
・及び具体的なロードマップの実行。
・達成するために必要な施策実施や組織マネジメント、プレイング。

  • English
    • Developing a business plan and strategy to secure a greater market share for our in-house product, with the goal of achieving a top position in the domestic market.
    • Executing a concrete roadmap.
    • Implementing measures and organizational management, including active participation, to accomplish this objective.

Minimum Requirements

・デジタル広告営業またはデジタルマーケティング経験:5年以上
・10人以上のチームを率いてのマネジメント経験:2~3年以上
・大手代理店/大手ナショナルクライアント等とのリレーション
・CPA/CPI/ROAS/ROIなどを軸とした営業・提案経験:5年以上
・QoQ/YoYで常に以前より高い目標を達成してきた経験。

  • English
    • Over 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or digital marketing.
    • Experience in managing teams of 10 or more for 2-3 years.
    • Strong relationships with major agencies and national clients.
    • Over 5 years of experience in sales and proposals focused on CPA, CPI, ROAS, ROI, and similar metrics.
    • Proven track record of consistently surpassing higher targets on a QoQ/YoY basis.

Preferred Requirements

  • English
    • Business experience in digital marketing, including business development, promotion, product development, strategic planning, and new business development.
    • Adaptability in rapidly changing industries and companies.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location: Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 7,000, ,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
    • Pay raise opportunity twice a year (April, October)
    • Bonuses twice a year (May, November)

Hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00 (1-hour break included)
