Summary: The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue growth for TikTok, promoting advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and leading groundbreaking projects in the advertising industry.
The Head of Vertical CSM will scale the responsible Vertical in Japan, defining sales strategy and leading the team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in digital product consultations, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, and product education
- Identifying and securing revenue opportunities through consultative client engagement
- Creating compelling sales propositions using consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights
- Developing best practices for client servicing, including relationship management and product education
- Working with client partners and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, drive test and learn strategies, and develop scalable advertising solutions
Minimum qualifications include:
- Fluency in business English
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and data analysis expertise
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working on a global platform
- Experience in the ad-tech industry or television commercialization
