アプリ収益最大化のためのハンズオン支援と戦略立案を担う事業部において、広告運用・データ分析を行うAd Platform Operations Executiveを募集しています。分析業務だけではなく、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションハブとしてナレッジ共有にも携わっていただきます。
業務内容
- 広告サーバープラットフォーム(Google Ad Manager、Google AdMob、Applovin MAXなど)への広告セットアップ及びトラブルシューティング
- 広告ネットワークやモバイルアプリ仲介による収益の最適化
- モバイルアプリの収益化/品質向上/グロース/ユーザー獲得における戦略策定
- 海外部署との渉外/ナレッジの共有
- 業界リサーチを通し新しい技術・知識を常にアップデート
必須要件
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 2年以上の社会人経験
- ディスプレイ広告やプログラマティックエコシステムなどのデジタル広告の知識
- アドテク業界、特にウェブサイト、アプリ、ゲームなどのパブリッシャーでの経験者優遇
歓迎要件
- Google AdManager/AdMob/AppLovin Max/IronSourceの使用経験があれば尚可
- 複数のフロントエンド言語(例:HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)とJavaScriptフレームワーク(例:Angular, React, )に関する知識があれば尚可ですが、必須ではありません。
- 英語、日本語を用いたコミュニケーションに自信のある方
- 国内外のメンバーを巻き込むリーダーシップのある方
