『moomoo(ムームー)』アプリについて
『moomoo』は、FUTUグループが2018年に米国カリフォルニア州シリコンバレーで開発した個人投資家向け取引アプリです。プロフェッショナルレベルの分析ツール・リアルタイムのマーケット情報・財務データ・高度なチャート機能を、個人投資家でも簡単に使えるように設計されており、ユーザー同士が情報交換できる掲示板・コミュニティ機能も搭載されています。
2023年10月には日本市場向けにカスタマイズされたmoomooアプリを通じて、米国株取引サービス(24時間取引対応)を開始。2025年4月時点では、約7,000銘柄の米国株を取り扱い、そのうち約6,000銘柄以上が24時間取引に対応しています。

業務内容:
オンライン証券業におけるマーケティング・広告審査業務。金融商品取引法、景品表示法、日本証券業協会自主規制ルールなどの関連法規や社内規定に準拠し、広告表示の適正性を審査・監視する。
業務詳細:
マーケティング審査業務(一次・二次審査)
日々作成される広告物(オンライン・オフライン)について、金融規制および社内基準に照らし、適正性を確認。
問題がある場合、詳細な調査を行い、必要に応じて上席者へ報告。
AML・トレードサーベイランス業務(市場監視・取引審査)
EDD(Enhanced Due Diligence)の初期審査
ルーチンAML機能(サーベイランス、STR)
インサイダー取引監視(ComplianceWan)
