Essential Duties And Responsibilities
・Support the day-to-day management of creative projects and social media channels, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
・Collaborate closely with partner teams across multiple countries, acting as a bridge between regions.
・Apply creative guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality content and campaigns.
・Stay up-to-date and develop a strong understanding of major social platforms and industry trends.
・Gather, organize, and analyze key data for competitive and market insights, contributing to strategic discussions.
・Prepare regular status reports and clearly communicate progress to internal and client stakeholders.
・Develop a deep understanding of the Client's business, goals, and target audience.
・Assist in crafting research materials and insights that inform creative and strategic decisions.
・Proactively apply learnings from data, research, and best practices to everyday activities and team discussions.
・Build familiarity with internal and external data resources, developing analytical and interpretive skills to contribute actionable insights.
・Maintain accurate and timely timesheets and support the team's operational excellence.
Client Relationships
Serve as a primary client contact, presenting and discussing strategic and creative concepts with clients.
Who You Are
You are someone who is curious about creative management with an affinity for other countries and cultures. You are also someone who is digital and social native. You will be a team player, proficient in PowerPoint and Word. With excellent communication skills – written and oral. Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. You are able to function in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and are detail-oriented.
