Purpose/Summary
SCM & Customer Care部門は、最適なサプライチェーンと高い顧客満足度目指しています。 Trade Compliance Expertは日本の法律に則って、日本税関と適切にコミュニケーションをとり、 日本のビジネスをスムーズに進める役割を通して、SCM & Customer Care部門のミッションを達成します。
Primary duties and responsibilities
*Trade Compliance Expertは、当社の輸出入活動が適用されるすべての法律、規制、およびポリシーに準拠していることを保証する責任を負います。
*Trade Compliance Expertの主な責任は次のとおりです。
関連するすべての法律および規制への準拠を保証する貿易コンプライアンスプログラムを策定・維持する。
輸出入文書、記録保管、報告要件など、企業の貿易コンプライアンスプログラムに準拠した社内ポリシーと手順を確立・実施する。
すべての輸出入活動が定められたポリシーと手順に従って実施されていることを確認するため、定期的な監査と評価を実施する。
従業員に貿易コンプライアンスに関するポリシー、手順、およびベストプラクティスを教育するための研修プログラムを開発・提供する。
貿易法および規制の変更を監視し、それに応じて当社の貿易コンプライアンスプログラムを更新する。
潜在的な貿易コンプライアンスリスクを特定し、上長および に報告する。また、部門横断的なチームと連携してリスク軽減戦略を策定・実施する。
日本国の税関などの政府機関および国際税関当局と連絡を取り、すべての輸出入活動が規制に準拠していることを確認する。
すべての輸出入活動の正確かつ完全な記録を保持します。 貿易コンプライアンス職に必要な資格は、企業や業界によって異なりますが、通常は国際貿易、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号が必要です。貿易コンプライアンスまたは国際貿易に関する実務経験が必要です。この職務では、優れた分析力、コミュニケーション能力、そして問題解決能力が重要です。
さらに、貿易規制、SAPやOracleなどのソフトウェアアプリケーションに関する知識、そして第二言語の堪能さがあれば望ましい場合があります。
Certified Customs Specialist(CCS)やCertified Export Specialist(CES)などの貿易コンプライアンスに関する資格も有利です。

*貿易規制、SAPまたはOracle等のソフトウェアアプリケーション関連経験
*CCS (Certified Customs Specialist), CES (Certified Export Specialist)および同類の資格の保持者(望ましい)
Technical skills
*MS-Outlook, Teams, Office 等の一般的な知識と操作ができる
*貿易および税関関連のシステムの知識と操作(望ましい)
