当社は、製造、サプライチェーン、調達および修理機能全体で変革を監督し推進する、戦略的かつ結果志向のグローバル変革管理責任者を求めています。オペレーショナル効率の向上、コスト削減、および品質および規制基準の遵守を目指したグローバルイニシアチブおよびプロジェクトマネージャーおよびPMOのチームを率いることになります。この役割には、大規模な変革プロジェクトの経験を持ち、ビジネスプロセス、技術、および人材開発の最適化に焦点を当てたビジョナリーリーダーが求められます。

【主な職務内容】

戦略とビジョン:

・製造、サプライチェーン、調達機能全体でグローバルな変革ロードマップを策定し、ビジネス目標と整合させる責任を負う。

・リーダーシップと協力して、変革イニシアチブが運用の卓越性、コスト削減、およびコンプライアンスを推進することを確保する責任を負う。

リーダーシップと人材育成:

・複数の大規模なグローバルオペレーションプロジェクト(日本、APAC、EMEA、米国、中国)を日々管理するプロジェクトマネージャーおよびPMO(最大5~10人)のグローバルチームの規律的および機能的リーダーシップを担当する。

・クロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、イノベーション、コラボレーション、および継続的改善の文化を育む責任を負う。

・人材リーダーシップの開発を推進し、新しいプロセス、技術、および作業方法の円滑な導入を確保する責任を負う。

サプライチェーン、調達および製造の最適化:

・効率、コスト削減、および戦略的調達に焦点を当てたサプライチェーンおよび調達機能の変革を監督する責任を負う。

・リーン原則およびスマートファクトリーテクノロジーを適用して製造オペレーションの改善を推進する責任を負う。

品質および規制のコンプライアンス:

・変革の取り組み全体でグローバルな品質基準および規制要件の遵守を確保する責任を負う。

・製品品質を向上させ、欠陥を減らし、規制の遵守を確保するための継続的改善の実践を実施する責任を負う。

プログラム管理

および実行:

・複数のグローバル変革プログラムを管理し、時間内、範囲内、および予算内で完了することを確保する責任を負う。

・KPIを通じてパフォーマンスを監視し、継続的な進捗を確保するために戦略を調整する責任を負う。

・数千万ドル規模のプロジェクト予算を担当する責任を負う。

リスクおよび問題解決:

・品質、規制、サプライチェーン、および製造プロセスに関連するリスクを特定し、軽減する責任を負う。

【PURPOSE/SUMMARY】We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Head of Transformation Management to oversee and drive transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and repair functions. You will lead global initiatives and a team of project managers and PMO's aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role requires a visionary leader with experience in large-scale transformation projects and a focus on optimizing business processes, technologies, and talent development.

【PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】

Strategy Vision:

・Accountable for developing and executing a global transformation roadmap across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

・Responsible for collaborating with leadership to ensure transformation initiatives drive operational excellence, cost savings, and compliance.

Leadership & People

Development:

・Disciplinary and functional leadership of a global team of project managers and PMOs (max 5-10 people) who are responsible to manage multiple large-scale, global operations projects (Japan, APAC, EMEA, US, China) on day-by-day basis

・Accountable for leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

・Responsible for driving people leadership development and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

・Supply Chain, Procurement & Manufacturing

Optimization:

・Accountable for overseeing the transformation of supply chain and procurement functions, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic sourcing.

・Responsible for driving improvements in manufacturing operations, applying lean principles and smart factorytechnologies.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance:

・Accountable for ensuring compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout transformation efforts.

・Responsible for implementing continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Program Management Execution:

・Accountable for managing multiple global transformation programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

【必須要件】

・関連分野の修士号、または関連する経験と教育および/またはトレーニングの同等の組み合わせ

・グローバル規模および大規模プロジェクトでのオペレーション変革およびプロジェクト管理における数年の関連実務経験

・地域を超えたデジタルソリューションの実装における強力な実績(例:SAP S/4)

・ERP(できればSAP)、MES、PLM、IBPおよび/またはIIoTソリューションにおける機能的経験

・アジャイルプロジェクト管理手法およびプロセスフレームワーク(例:APQC、SCOR)の経験

・SAP ACTIVATE手法に精通していること

・品質基準(ISO)および規制コンプライアンス(例:DA、EU規制)に関する強力な理解

・グローバルなデジタル変革または導入プロジェクトの経験

・オペレーションおよびサプライチェーンに関する良好な知識

・優れたコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル

・MS 365、Jira、または関連ツールに精通していること

【MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS】

・Master's degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/ or training

・Several years of relevant professional experience in operations transformation and project management on a global scale and with large projects

・Strong track record of implementing digital solutions across regions (e.g., SAP S/4)

・Functional experience in ERP (preferably SAP), MES, PLM, IBP and/ or IIoT solutions

・Experience in agile project management methodology and process frameworks (e.g., APQC, SCOR)

・Versatile with SAP ACTIVATE methodology

・Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO) and regulatory compliance (e.g. FDA, EU regulations)

・Experience in global digital transformation or rollout projects

・Good Operations and Supply chain knowledge

・Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus

・Excellent communication and presentation skills

・Strong negotiation skills at the stakeholder level

・Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities

・Proficient in MS 365, Jira, or related tools

・Fluent business English and Japanese

・Ability and willingness to travel when needed
