Formulation and execution of group-wide DX and business transformation strategy and roadmap
Leadership of enterprise-wide business process transformation (BPR/BPM), driving standardization and automation
Oversight of global DX/IT programs, including ERP initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA
Establishment of DX governance, KPI design, and reporting to senior management
Recruitment and development of digital talent and cultivation of a transformation-oriented culture
Deployment of DX best practices and promotion of collaboration across the group and with overseas operations
Leadership of the DX organization and senior management, overseeing multiple transformation initiatives
Requirements
Candidates should have 5–7+ years of experience leading DX, business transformation, BPM, and business process design or system implementation initiatives, with a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional programs and driving process optimization. Strong experience working directly with senior executives to support decision-making and deliver executive-level presentations is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, ERP or HRIS implementations, global project collaboration, IT governance, and talent development or change management is a plus.
