  • Formulation and execution of group-wide DX and business transformation strategy and roadmap

  • Leadership of enterprise-wide business process transformation (BPR/BPM), driving standardization and automation

  • Oversight of global DX/IT programs, including ERP initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA

  • Establishment of DX governance, KPI design, and reporting to senior management

  • Recruitment and development of digital talent and cultivation of a transformation-oriented culture

  • Deployment of DX best practices and promotion of collaboration across the group and with overseas operations

  • Leadership of the DX organization and senior management, overseeing multiple transformation initiatives



    • Requirements

    Candidates should have 5–7+ years of experience leading DX, business transformation, BPM, and business process design or system implementation initiatives, with a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional programs and driving process optimization. Strong experience working directly with senior executives to support decision-making and deliver executive-level presentations is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, ERP or HRIS implementations, global project collaboration, IT governance, and talent development or change management is a plus.
