Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to design, implement, and manage projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and documentation for client engagements, outlining project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide expert advice on the integration of ICT, IoT, AI, and robotics within client operations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital transformation best practices and toolsets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and technologies (ICT, IoT, AI, and robotics).
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, particularly agile frameworks.
  • Excellent writing skills for proposal development and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Japanese (ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders).

Desired Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a similar role, focusing on digital transformation projects.
  • Experience working with diverse clients across various industries will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Salary & Benefits:  JPY4,500,000 - JPY15,000,000/year
