Job Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals.
- Utilize agile methodologies to design, implement, and manage projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and documentation for client engagements, outlining project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide expert advice on the integration of ICT, IoT, AI, and robotics within client operations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital transformation best practices and toolsets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and technologies (ICT, IoT, AI, and robotics).
- Proven experience in project management methodologies, particularly agile frameworks.
- Excellent writing skills for proposal development and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Japanese (ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders).
Desired Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a similar role, focusing on digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with diverse clients across various industries will be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Salary & Benefits: JPY4,500,000 - JPY15,000,000/year
