A Global data-driven marketing solutions company
is looking for an experienced
Salesforce Internal DX Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Accept inquiries from departments, organize the situation, identify issues, and manage the backlog

• Collaborate and report with internal stakeholders (Sales, Back Office, Operations)

• Evaluate and propose IT solutions, estimate development workload and costs

• Manage progress, schedules, risks, and issues

• Quality control, deliverables management, and validation

• Hands-on system development as necessary

• Meetings and selection of vendors (for external solution implementation)

• Partner vendor management (languages used: Japanese and English)

• Maintenance and upgrades of existing internal systems

• Collaborate with overseas IT teams if the solution is under global jurisdiction

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in business system development (end-to-end experience including requirement definition, implementation, UAT, and release).

• Experience introducing or operating Salesforce for the purpose of business process improvement or DX.

• Experience negotiating with user departments, or experience being involved in the utilization of business systems as a user
