Transformation Division - Maximizing value of technology and change investment with best practice insights and process' to drive speedy and reliable delivery.
Transformation is responsible managing and delivering change and technology investment for NN Life Japan. We provide business and financial management and insights for Technology and change; We provide resource, project, and portfolio management services, process' and governance to effectively deliver change for NN life Japan. The project Management Team leads planning and delivery of waterfall and waterfall/agile (hybrid) projects to transform our business.
【Position Summary/ 役職概要】
The Project Management Team is looking for a Project Manager who can demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management, business acumen and a broad technical knowledge. The successful candidate will have solid project management and leadership skills with experience in delivering projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be able to take the lead on projects from the start and planning and delivering the full life cycle.
【Key Accountabilities/ 主な責務】
- Works to develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk, and issue management
- Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and quality to meet the projects objectives
- Effectively applies NNLJ's project management methodology and enforces project standards
- Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices
- Regular reporting on project status
- Drives a high level of customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and building good relationships
- Assist in determining the project portfolio delivery roadmap and strategy
【Skills, Knowledge, Experience/ 技術、知識、経験】
- 5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of end to end project delivery in a multidisciplinary regulated environment
- Prince2/PMP/Agile certification nice to have
- Experience in the Insurance/Finance industries nice to have
- Fluent Japanese and Business English (JLPT N2 and above)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
- Solid understanding of project finances
- Good meeting, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
