About the Role:

世界をリードするグローバル企業が、国際本社の税務チームに加わるグローバルタックスマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションは、国際税務コンプライアンス、移転価格税制(Transfer Pricing)、日・海外の税務当局とのAPA/MAP交渉などの重要業務を担います。また、グローバル税務プロジェクトの主導や、グループ全体の税務ポリシー策定への貢献も期待されます。

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage transfer pricing documentation for all Japanese subsidiaries.
  • Handle APA/MAP applications and negotiations with tax authorities in Japan and abroad (e.g., US, Germany).
  • Lead and manage global tax projects including business restructurings and post-merger integrations.
  • Monitor global tax regulation changes (OECD/BEPS) and align internal processes accordingly.
  • Advise and educate tax staff across Japan and international teams to support compliance and operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of international tax experience at a multinational corporation or global tax advisory firm.
  • Strong understanding of OECD TP guidelines, BEPS, and Japanese tax regulations.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Experience with IFRS and customs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage global stakeholders.
