【仕事内容】

日本語学校での日本語教員採用に関する人事業務をお任せします ・応募者の書類選考(資格の有無で判断) ・面接前のメール対応、スケジュール調整 ・面接設定(社内チャット・スケジュール管理アプリ使用) ・面接結果通知、入社手続き、社内稟議提出 ・勤務校への通知業務 ・求人票の掲載・更新、人材業界との打ち合わせ ※約9割が日本語教師の採用関連の業務です
