今回募集するのは、これらの事業を支えるバックオフィスの【経理職】です。

経理の実務経験がない方でも、先輩社員がしっかりサポートしますのでご安心ください。

主な業務は、請求書のチェックや入力作業、月次業務のサポートなど、

できるところから少しずつお任せしていきます。

業務に慣れてきたら、「もっと効率よくできる方法は?」「ここを改善したらどうなる?」といった

アイデアや工夫も歓迎する環境です。

将来的には、数字を通して会社の状況を把握したり、

経営に役立つ資料作成などにもチャレンジしていただくことが可能です。

  • お任せする仕事は、経理業務のサポートからスタート

未経験からでも、少しずつできることを増やしていける環境です。

本社および関連会社の経理業務を、チームで分担しながら担当していただきます。

他部署とのやり取りもあり、会社全体を支えるバックオフィスのポジションです。

具体的には…

まずは、先輩のサポート業務からお任せします。

・売掛金の管理補助

・会計ソフトへの仕訳入力

・請求書/精算書の確認・処理

・入出金データのチェック など

業務に慣れてきたら、

月次決算の補助業務などにも徐々にチャレンジしていただけます。

※使用ソフト

「勘定奉行」「楽楽精算」「Billone」「アラジンオフィス」「インフォマート」など

  • 操作方法は入社後に丁寧にレクチャーしますので、未経験でも問題ありません。

・日商簿記3級以上をお持ちの方

・月次決算のご経験がある方

・年次決算の補助業務に携わったことがある方

給与

  • 賞与あり

月給 23万円~25万円

(一律手当を含む)

交通費: 通勤交通費全額支給

【勤務時間 補足】

業務に応じて、柔軟に勤務時間を決められるので、メリハリをもって勤務できます

勤務時間:8:30~19:00の間で8時間勤務 (休憩1時間)

※基本的には土日祝休みですが、平日休みも可能

※月単位で所定時間が決まっているのでその時間に合わせて勤務します。(月平均労働時間165h)
