We are looking for a proactive individual to join our International Area Management team in the role of Japan CAO, based in Tokyo in a hybrid work environment.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact through the following key responsibilities:
- Independently handling complex tasks related to risk, control, and governance frameworks, regulatory affairs, business plans, and management presentations - including updates on country-level performance and budgets for the APAC Regional Management team.
- Leading project implementation progress and providing necessary feedback to senior management.
- Offering recommendations on strategic matters and collaborating with the management team to execute strategic initiatives.
- Working closely with business or functional management to implement and uphold policies, standards, and processes.
- Driving the planning and execution of business-led programs, including people management, global location strategy, and meeting organization.
- Contributing to the accomplishment of related team goals.
