組織説明

当部門では、スマートフォン、モバイルルーター、IoT機器など、お客様へ提供する様々な端末の開発を手掛けています。

本ポジションでは、デバイス技術リードとして、デバイスベンダー、チップセットベンダー、OSベンダーとも密に連携し、特にコネクティビティ/SIM技術(Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、NFC、UWB、IoT通信プロトコル、GSMA等)を中心に、デバイス技術ロードマップの検討、要求仕様の検討・仕様化を推進いただきます。

業務内容

コネクティビティ技術ロードマップの策定: Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、UWB、5G等の最新規格動向を調査・分析し、楽天のサービス戦略に沿った技術ロードマップを策定。
プロトコル実装と最適化: 各種コネクティビティ技術のプロトコルスタック実装、パフォーマンスチューニング、消費電力最適化を担当。
相互運用性検証: 異なるベンダー機器・チップセット間の互換性テスト、標準化団体(Wi-Fi Alliance、Bluetooth SIG等)の認証取得をリード。
Rakuten SIM Profileの作成と検証: Rakuten SIM Profileの作成と検証を実施。

業務上の関連部署

NW本部内の各BU、デバイス開発部門、クラウドプラットフォーム部門、QA、標準化推進部門など

必須要件

・Wi-Fi(802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)、Bluetooth(Classic/LE)、NFC、UWB等、複数のワイヤレス通信規格に関する実務経験(3年以上)

・TCP/IP、UDP、HTTP/HTTPS、MQTT、SIM Profile等のネットワークプロトコルの深い理解

・C/C++、Python等を用いたプロトコルスタック開発またはファームウェア開発経験

・Linux環境でのネットワーク開発・デバッグ経験

・TOEIC600点または同等の英語力

歓迎要件

・5G NR、LTE、Wi-Fi 6E/7等の最新通信規格の開発・実装経験

・チップセットベンダー(Qualcomm、MediaTek、Broadcom等)との協業経験

・Wi-Fi Alliance、Bluetooth SIG、3GPP等の標準化活動への参加経験

・RF設計、アンテナ設計に関する基礎知識

・IoTデバイス、スマートホーム、コネクテッドカー等の開発経験

・Wireshark、tcpdump等を用いたパケット解析の高度なスキル

・組込みLinux、RTOS(FreeRTOS、Zephyr等)の開発経験

・eSIM Profileに関する知識
