Full Stack Developer – Team Leader | Full-time
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our engineering team and drive the design, development, and enhancement of our web applications.

This role involves providing technical leadership, managing project delivery, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of web applications across both frontend and backend
Manage and mentor a development team (approx. 3–8 engineers)
Oversee project lifecycle including requirements definition, architecture design, code review, and release management
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and technical best practices
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
Drive improvements in UI/UX and system architecture
Explore and implement new technologies, and optimize development processes (CI/CD, DevOps)

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of full stack web development experience

Frontend:
React / Vue / Angular or similar

Backend:
/ Python / Java / Go or similar
Experience leading or mentoring an engineering team
Hands-on experience with Git and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Strong experience in API design (REST / GraphQL)
Practical experience in Agile development (Scrum or Kanban)

Preferred Skills
Experience leading technical decisions or serving as an architect
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based development
Understanding of infrastructure, security, and system design
Ability to communicate in English (for international environments)

主な業務内容
フロントエンド/バックエンド領域を横断した Web アプリケーションの設計・開発・改善
開発チーム(エンジニア3〜8名程度)の技術リードおよびマネジメント
プロジェクトの進行管理(要件定義、設計、レビュー、リリース管理)
コードレビュー、技術品質の担保
UI/UX、アーキテクチャに関する改善提案
外部ステークホルダー(PM・デザイナー・ビジネス側)との連携
新技術の探索・導入、開発プロセスの最適化(CI/CD、DevOps など)

必須スキル・経験
Web アプリケーションのフルスタック開発経験(5年以上)

フロント:
React / Vue / Angular など
バックエンド / Python / Java / Go など
チームリード・メンタリング経験
Git、クラウド(AWS / GCP / Azure)を用いた開発経験
API 設計(REST / GraphQL)
アジャイル開発の実務経験(Scrum または Kanban)

歓迎スキル

Docker / Kubernetes などのコンテナ技術
インフラ/セキュリティの基礎知識
