Title: Full Stack Developer

Overall Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to be comfortable with a high paced, technical oriented, partner and internal-facing ticket based support environment in English. This includes being detail oriented, communicating in a professional and constructive manner, identifying efficiency opportunities, and being adaptive to new policy or workflow changes.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute technical operational support tasks as needed for partner Android TV devices to be registered, whitelisted, artifact reviewed, and launched in internal systems. Identify efficiency opportunities.
- Track and monitor task progress, communicate progress to engineering, and escalate dependent blocking tasks that risk schedule. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Increase effectiveness by working with engineering to develop and define new or improved tools and processes. Ensures high quality and consistency to customers by processing and servicing incoming requests.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international company, preferably IT related, English speaking work environment. Working in an operational ticket oriented environment
