Ahead Staffing is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Hybrid Work Environment) for one of our Global E-Commerce clients. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the integration of new search and LLM technology into systems and prototypes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Integration of AI Technologies: Contribute significantly to integrating new search and LLM technology into innovative systems and prototypes.
- Prototyping and Demos: Showcase the potential of our technology by crafting custom full-stack demos, prototypes, and products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with research, design, and development teams on cross-functional projects. Contribute to documentation and UI design as required.
Required Skills:
- Backend Development: Proficiency in Backend Application Development.
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency with Java and/or Python.
- Frontend Development: Solid knowledge of web front-end development using JavaScript, CSS, and React.
- Interest in AI/ML: A genuine interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required).
- Fast-paced Environment: Ability to thrive in environments with competing priorities and evolving deadlines.
- Estimation & Reporting: Ability to make estimations and report progress accurately.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Backend Expertise: Proficiency with both Java and Python.
- Frameworks: Proficiency with and Spring Boot.
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in TypeScript.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Exposure to AI and machine learning technologies.
