ソニー・ホンダモビリティが展開する「AFEELA」では、

D2C(Direct to Consumer)モデルを採用し、お客様と直接つながるデジタルタッチポイントを自社で開発・運用しています。

本ポジションでは、以下のような AFEELAのD2C顧客体験を支える主要Webサービス群の開発プロジェクトをリードいただきます。

予約~購入~納車を一気通貫で実現するオンライン販売チャネル


Customer Support:
購入後のお客様を支えるサポート体験の設計・改善


FAQ / User Guide:
顧客が自ら解決できるセルフサポートの提供

・3D

Car Configurator:
お客様が好みに応じて車両をカスタマイズできる体験の実装

・オーナーポータルサイト:
保有期における各種タッチポイントを通じた価値提供

事業部門・開発チーム・デザインチームなど多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、要件整理・進行管理・品質向上を主導し、AFEELAらしい購買・所有体験の創出に貢献いただくポジションです。

※コーディング業務自体は行わないものの、技術的素養を前提としたリード職です。

技術的ディスカッションや判断が求められるため、エンジニアリングを理解しながらビジネスと開発を橋渡しできる人材を想定しています。

【主な業務内容】
・事業側(マーケティング・販売企画など)の要求を理解し、要件定義〜仕様整理を推進
・フロントエンド/バックエンド/デザイン/QAなど複数チームの開発進行・タスク管理
・ビジネスチームと連携したUAT(ユーザー受入テスト)およびリリースプロセス全体の統括
・課題・リスクの可視化、ステークホルダーとの合意形成、開発品質向上施策の立案
・内製開発体制をリードし、AFEELA Webサービス群の開発・改善を推進

Webアプリ開発の一番大きなプロジェクトの規模感としては、ビジネス/開発/デザイン/テスト含めて25名程度になります(含外部委託)。開発は内製チームで行っております。

必要となるスキル 必須
・ソフトウェアまたはWebサービスの開発経験があり、エンジニアリングチームと技術的な議論ができること

(※現職でなく過去の経験でも可/使用していた開発言語・技術領域は不問)
・アジャイルプロセス(Scrum / Kanbanなど)でのソフトウェア/Webサービス開発におけるリード経験(進行管理・要件整理・品質管理など)
・開発プロセス管理(課題管理、スプリント運営など)の実務経験
・大規模システム開発経験
・日本語ビジネスレベル(JLPT N1以上)

Job Description


Sony Honda Mobility's "AFEELA" adopts a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model, developing and operating its own digital touchpoints to connect directly with customers.

In This Position, You Will Lead Development Projects For Key Web Services That Support The D2C Customer Experience Of AFEELA, Including

Brand Site:
Communicating the appeal of AFEELA to customers around the world

E-Commerce Site:
Providing a seamless online sales channel from reservation to purchase and delivery

Customer Support:
Designing and improving support experiences for customers after purchase

FAQ / User Guide:
Offering self-service support that enables customers to resolve issues independently
3D

Car Configurator:
Implementing an experience that allows customers to customize vehicles to their preferences

Owner Portal Site:
Delivering value through various touchpoints during the ownership phase


You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as business units, development teams, and design teams to lead requirement definition, project management, and quality improvement—contributing to the creation of a uniquely AFEELA purchasing and ownership experience.


Note:
While this role does not involve coding tasks, it requires technical literacy. You are expected to bridge business and development through technical discussions and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

Understand business requirements (e.g., marketing, sales planning) and drive requirement definition and specification development
Manage development progress and tasks across multiple teams (frontend, backend, design, QA)
Oversee the entire UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release process in collaboration with business teams
Visualize issues and risks, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and plan initiatives to improve development quality
Lead the in-house development structure and drive the development and enhancement of AFEELA's web services

Background of Recruitment


Since we do not have a dealer network, building a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model is a key strategic priority for us.

To strengthen the core area of our web services, we are seeking a project leader who can lead the entire development project, manage tasks, issues, and risks, collaborate closely with the business side, and drive product delivery forward.


We welcome individuals who are eager to take on the challenge of building a new value chain and supply chain—an approach that is still rare in the automotive industry.

The department consists of approximately 50 members, with around 20 in the team.


Our largest web application development project involves about 25 people, including business, development, design, and testing roles (including external contractors).

Development is carried out by our in-house team.

Requirements Required Skills

Experience in software or web service development, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams(Past experience is acceptable; Experience with specific programming languages or technical domains is not required.)
Leadership experience in software/web service development using agile processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including progress management, requirements definition, and quality control
Hands-on experience in managing development processes, such as issue tracking and sprint operations
Experience in large-scale system development
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)

Preferred skills

Experience in developing and operating modern web services (e.g., React, TypeScript,
AWS)
Experience in integrating and developing with D2C/CRM-related platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience in developing e-commerce sites or B2C services
Understanding of CI/CD and experience in designing modern frontend development workflows
Experience communicating in English

Language Skills

Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)
English conversation skills at a practical working level are welcome
