組織説明

当部門では、スマートフォン、モバイルルーター、IoT機器など、お客様へ提供する多岐にわたる端末の開発を担っています。楽天オリジナル端末(Rakuten Mini/Hand/Wi-Fi Pocket/Turbo 5Gなど)に加え、サムスン、ソニー、シャープ、OPPOといったメーカー端末の開発実績も豊富です。

本ポジションでは、デバイス技術リードとして、デバイスベンダー、チップセットベンダー、ネットワークベンダー、場合によっては他キャリアとも密に連携し、特にモデム技術を中心に、デバイス技術ロードマップの検討、要求仕様の検討・仕様化を推進いただきます。

日本の電波法に基づく技術基準適合証明(技適認証)取得のプロセス管理、RF設計の技術検証、および無線性能最適化において、中心的な役割を果たすことを期待しています。

業務内容

技術ロードマップの策定: デバイスベンダー、チップセットベンダー等との技術議論をリードし、楽天のネットワークロードマップと整合を図った上で、短期・中期・長期的なデバイス技術ロードマップを策定。
要求仕様の検討・仕様化: 技術ロードマップ、ネットワーク要件、社内サービス要件等を基に、デバイス技術要求仕様を策定し、管理。
デバイス開発プロジェクトの技術リード: デバイス要求仕様書の策定とメンテナンスを担当し、商品ごとに社内外のパートナー(特に端末ベンダー)との調整をリード。
技適認証管理: 総務省の電波法に基づく技術基準適合証明(技適)取得プロセスを管理し、認証機関との調整、試験計画策定、適合性評価をリード。
RF設計および性能検証: アンテナ設計、RF回路設計、送受信性能の技術検証を実施し、日本の周波数帯域(Sub6、ミリ波含む)における最適化を担当。
無線性能評価: OTA(Over-The-Air)試験、SAR(比吸収率)測定、TRP/TIS評価など、電波法規制に準拠した性能評価を監督。

必須要件

・3GPP, GSMA等、標準仕様に基づくセルラー通信技術に関する基礎知識

・日本の電波法および技術基準適合証明(技適)制度に関する知識

・RF設計およびアンテナ設計の基礎知識

・無線性能評価(OTA、SAR、TRP/TIS等)の理解

・言語レベル:日本語 -ビジネスレベル/TOEIC600点または同等の英語力

歓迎要件

・モバイル端末の開発の経験

・3GPP, GSMA, OMAなど、標準仕様に基づくセルラー通信技術に関するより高度な知識

・Android OS、LinuxなどのOS技術に関する基礎知識

・技適認証取得プロジェクトの実務経験(申請、試験立会い、認証取得)

・RF設計ツール(CST、HFSS、ADS等)の使用経験

・認証試験所(登録証明機関)との折衝経験

・5G NR(Sub6、ミリ波)のRF設計および性能評価経験

・電波暗室での測定・評価経験
