職務内容

R&D部門において、次世代のPlayStation体験に向けた技術およびUXの研究開発を推進するポジションです。

複数のR&D成果やプロトタイプを統合し、事業化判断が可能なレベルまで完成度を引き上げる役割を担います。

具体的には、抽象度の高いUX/体験コンセプトを、実装可能な仕様・技術要件へと落とし込み、内製メンバーと外部パートナーを組み合わせた開発体制の設計およびリードを行っていただきます。

必須スキル・経験(Must)

抽象度の高い要求やコンセプトを、具体的な仕様・実装方針に落とし込むスキル
プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までをリードした経験
内製チームと外部パートナーを組み合わせた開発のリード経験
不具合や品質課題に対し、原因を構造的に切り分け、対応方針を判断できる能力
ゲーム、インタラクティブコンテンツ、または関連領域での開発経験

歓迎スキル・経験(Want)

XR、AR/VR、空間UI、仮想ディスプレイ等に関する知識または興味
技術的な内容を非技術者にも説明できるドキュメンテーション能力
AIコーディングや新しい開発手法への興味・関心

R&Dフェイズ特有の曖昧さや未確定要素を前向きに扱える方
小規模な試作やPoCが多数存在する状況でも、全体像を俯瞰し整理・収束させることにやりがいを感じられる方
内製/外注、技術/UXといった境界を越え、「体験として成立させること」に責任を持てる方
R&Dの成果を次のフェーズへとつなげることに価値を感じられる方
