デルヴォーについて深く理解し、他では得られないカスタマーエクスペリエンスをお客様に提供することで、ブランドロイヤリティを築いていただくポジションです。
主な業務内容
- ブランドのアンバサダーとして国内外のお客様をお迎えしエンゲージすることで、デルヴォーへのロイヤリティを高める
- サービスの質の継続的な向上と全てのお客様を温かくお迎えするための文化を理解し実践する
- アンバサダーとしてお客様に常に最適なアドバイスを実施するために、メゾンのビジョンやサービスステップへの深い理解と作品に関する幅広い知識を身につける
- 売上を伸ばし、設定した目標を達成する
- 在庫レベルの確認を行い、最適化を図るためにコミュニケーションを行う
- 店内のVMを常に整え、デルヴォーの基準を遵守し、メゾンのイメージを表現する
- すべての業務を正しく遂行する(キャッシュ周り、商品受注、CRM関連オペレーション、カスタマーサービスなど)
- リシュモングループ、メゾンおよびブティックのポリシーやガイドラインの理解する
