【職務概要】

法務の業務をご担当いただきます。

【職務詳細】

・法的資料、契約書の作成・契約書、もしくは契約覚書のレビュー、添削・法務問い合わせ記録と関連資料の検閲・関連法規の関する法的アドバイスの提供・会社規定の詳細な分析と検閲・上司から指示されたその他コンプライアンス関連プロジェクトやタスクの処理・台湾本社と連携し、本社指針の展開をサポート・訴訟や係争案件の対応支援(例:外部弁護士との連携)
