(秦野)セラミックス製品の製造技術開発(EngineerⅢ)半導体製造装置に使用されるセラミック製品の製造技術開発に関わる仕事です。職務内容:半導体製造装置に使用されるセラミック製品の製造技術開発に関わる仕事です。
- PC、スマートフォン、IoTや自動化など、必需品となった身近な製品に不可欠な半導体の製造を支える醍醐味を味わえる職場です。
- 製造技術担当として、製造現場の自動化を含めた改善による生産性向上や製品の改良、新たな開発など、幅広くご活躍いただけます。
- 主にセラミックスフィルタ製品の製造技術の開発や品質管理などの業務をご担当いただきます。
- 必要に応じて他部門(研究開発、生産設備開発、精密加工技術開発など)や社外のメーカと連携しながら業務を推進いただきます。
- 生産性向上や新製品開発プロジェクト推進のため、リーダーを担っていただくことがあります。
- 技術文書作成や学会、展示会への参加などアカデミックな活動もあります。
- 担当業務により、国内外グループ拠点や顧客、社外メーカなどへの短長期出張があります。
- 育成のために製造技術領域を中心に担当製品の変更や職場の変更をおこなうことがあります。

フィルタ製造部門:30名(男性:13名、女性:7名)、そのうち技術者7名(男性:6名、女性:1名)
必須要件
■セラミックス関連(素材・加工)の開発等の経験がある方
■無機化学や無機材料の基礎的な知識をお持ちの方
■物理(特に流体力学)、化学、機械、電気、数学の知識をお持ちの方
歓迎要件
■無機材料・セラミックス製品の加工・製造経験
■電気・機械工学、電気回路に関する知識
■機械加工・CAMを使ったプログラム作成等に関する知識・経験
■3D-CADを使った設計・製図の経験や知識
■統計的管理手法の知識・経験
■チームマネジメント(管理職やプロジェクトリーダー[生産性向上・新製品開発等])の経験がある方
■語学力(英語)
■何事にも好奇心旺盛で興味を持ち、仲間と協力しながら、前向きに業務を進められる方
学歴:高専卒業以上
勤務地/転勤:秦野事業所(神奈川県秦野市曽屋30)/転勤の可能性有 ただし、当面の間無
最寄り駅:小田急線 秦野駅からバスにて10分「高砂車庫前」下車、目の前が事業所(マイカー通勤可能)

勤務時間/休憩時間:08:30 ~ 17:20(実働7時間50分) / 休憩1時間(月平均残業時間 20時間程度)
