【主な業務内容】
・M&Aにおける、EHS(環境、安全衛生)デューデリジェンス、ESG(環境、社会、ガバナンス)デューデリジェンス、その他テクニカルデューディリジェンスの提案及び実施
・買収後のEHS及びESG改善支援
・EHS及びESG関連する技術的サポート、関連する業界の動きや法規制についてのリサーチ、現地調査、テクニカルレポートやプロポーザルの作成
・他の関連サービスと連携した提案

・3-5年以上の関連する業務経験(M&Aその他のトランザクション関連サービス、ESGアドバイザリー、気候変動、サステナビリティ、環境DD、土壌地下水調査・対策、設備・インフラの安全性・老朽化リスク診断、人権DD等)
・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

Key Responsibilities:
- Propose and conduct EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) due diligence, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) due diligence, and other technical due diligence in M&A transactions.
- Support post-acquisition improvements in EHS and ESG performance.
- Provide technical support related to EHS and ESG, including industry and regulatory research, site investigations, and preparation of technical reports and proposals.
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in areas such as M&A transaction services, ESG advisory, climate change, sustainability, environmental due diligence, soil and groundwater investigation/remediation, infrastructure safety and aging risk assessments, or human rights due diligence.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
Preferred:
- Degree in a relevant field such as environmental engineering/science, mechanical/electrical/civil engineering, sustainability, EHS, business/finance/management, or sociology/human rights.
- Business-level English proficiency (used for research and documentation).
