Overview:

Infor is seeking an experienced Industry Solution Architect in the Automotive Industry to join our team in Japan and drive customer success through innovative solutions. This role focuses on designing and implementing industry-specific cloud solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead workshops to understand customer business requirements and adopt industry best practice processes that address key challenges, utilizing Infor's Time to Value approach for rapid and efficient value realization.

* Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-level executives to demonstrate the strategic value and competitive advantage of Infor's solutions and prescriptive approach.

* Architect and oversee the delivery of end-to-end process solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and adherence to industry standards.

* Guide customers in adopting cloud innovations, new technology and achieving their transformation objectives with faster implementation and greater value, leveraging pre-built content and minimizing customizations.

Qualifications:

* Extensive Track Record in Automotive Industry: Deep industry experience and the ability to engage in meaningful, high-level discussions with C-level stakeholders.

* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

* Collaborative Mindset: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

* Solution Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing ERP solutions within Automotive. (preferred)
