The Industry Solution Architect plays a key role in Infor by providing both sales support and delivery leadership throughout the entire customer engagement lifecycle, leveraging deep industry expertise.
Overview:
Infor is seeking an experienced Industry Solution Architect in the Automotive Industry to join our team in Japan and drive customer success through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to understand customer business requirements and adopt industry best practice processes that address key challenges, utilizing Infor's Time to Value approach for rapid and efficient value realization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-level executives to demonstrate the strategic value and competitive advantage of Infor's solutions and prescriptive approach.
- Architect and oversee the delivery of end-to-end process solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and adherence to industry standards.
- Guide customers in adopting cloud innovations, new technology and achieving their transformation objectives with faster implementation and greater value, leveraging pre-built content and minimizing customizations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Track Record in
Automotive Industry:
Deep industry experience and the ability to engage in meaningful, high-level discussions with C-level stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Solution Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing ERP solutions within Automotive. (preferred)
