The role will be based in Tokyo, Japan hiring top talents and develop lasting relationships with both candidates and the business stakeholders.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Proven experience in recruiting for the Japan marketplace
- Managing full life cycle recruitment delivery for defined business areas
- Creating relationships with key business stakeholders by gaining an understanding of business requirements, managing hiring managers' expectations, challenging thinking and providing specialist recruitment expertise and advice
- Gain a thorough understanding of Infor's competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Identify cost-effective solutions for delivering effective recruitment services to the business
- Assist in creating a world leading Talent Acquisition organisation that ensures the business have great talent to enable continued growth
What You Will Need:
Required skills:
- Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, gained in an agency or in-house environment
- Experience of recruiting for technology companies (Software preferred)
- Proven experience of direct sourcing recruitment / headhunting
- Comfortable hiring Sales and Services talent
- Passionate about delivering a great service to customer
- Driven to produce results in a fast paced and fluctuating environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills at all levels, including interpersonal skills, phone skills, and interviewing skills
- Proactive approach, with the ability to identify ways to improve our processes
- You will be passionate about recruitment and technology
- Willingness to learn and further professional development in the area of recruitment
