今回募集するのは、経理部門の

「経費精算・証憑管理」ポジション。

仕訳や決算などの"上流工程"ではなく、

申請された経費のチェックや

証憑の整理、帳簿資料の入力など、

日々の業務を着実に進める

「安定系×正確性重視」のお仕事です。

【 主なお仕事内容 】

  • 経費精算の受付/内容確認/伝票起票
  • 領収書など証憑のファイリング・電子化
  • 入出金に関するデータ入力・照合サポート
  • 月次・年次決算に関連する補助業務
  • 帳簿記帳に必要な書類の整理

業務はすべて

マニュアル完備&チームで分担制。

経理経験者の方であれば、

すぐに慣れていただける内容です。

また、奉行シリーズを使用していますので、

経験がある方はスムーズに活躍できます。

*基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel)

*日商簿記3級程度の知識

※業界経験は不問。

※奉行シリーズの使用経験がある方は優遇

基本給:年俸 360万円 〜 420万円

固定残業代:なし

※実績に応じて賞与を支給
