The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices.
Semi PC's differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent KLA to customers and vice versa in all sales-related activities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions using KLA's product portfolio.
Present product roadmaps and technical capabilities to customers.
Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with internal teams.
Prepare and negotiate pricing quotations and contracts in alignment with company policies.
Monitor and follow up on order processing, delivery schedules, and accounts receivable.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and visit summaries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Proven track record of managing complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
Japanese N1(Native level)
English (Business level)
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with metrology, inspection, or lithography tools.
Familiarity with Japanese semiconductor manufacturers and their business culture.
Strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-makers.
