1 Hotel Tokyo is looking for an experienced
Accounts Receivable & Payroll Officer
to join our pre-opening team in Tokyo.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality brand, helping to build strong financial operations from day one.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
- Managing payroll processes with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Handling
full-cycle payroll
(end-to-end processing, reporting, and statutory requirements) - Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting
- Partnering closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Payroll management
- Mandatory full-cycle payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
