【会社概要】

RX Japan株式会社が設立されたのは1986年。

当時、多くの展示会は業界団体や新聞社など公の団体が主催しており、私たちのような一般企業が主催する大規模な展示会はほとんどありませんでした。そのようななか、「出展社と来場者が真剣な商談を行う本格的な商談展(展示会)を創り上げたい。それによってさまざまな産業を発展させ、日本経済の活性化に貢献する」という信念のもと、実現のために努力を重ねてまいりました。

【職務内容サマリー】

AP Managerは、会社に必要な商品やサービスを、適切なコストでタイムリーに調達することを担当します。この役割では、サプライヤーとの良好な関係を築き、品質や納期を確保しながら、購買から支払いまでのプロセスを円滑に進めることが求められます。また、コスト削減や効率化を目的とした調達戦略を立案し、契約条件の交渉や締結も行います。さらに、社内の営業、オペレーション、財務、本社チームと緊密に連携し、社内ルールや法令を遵守しながら業務を遂行します。

このポジションは、シニアアカウンティングマネージャーにReportします。

【職務内容】

  • オペレーション、法務、コンプライアンスと連携し、契約交渉を主導、サプライヤー契約を管理
  • 品質基準と法令遵守を維持しながら、費用対効果の高いタイムリーな調達を実現
  • 調達予算を監視し、コスト削減の機会を特定
  • ベンダー登録プロセスを管理し、適切なサプライヤー基盤を構築
  • 調達プロセスとシステムを継続的に改善し、業務効率を向上
  • 調達KPIを追跡・報告し、パフォーマンスを可視化
  • 持続可能で倫理的な調達を推進し、企業の社会的責任を支援
  • Concurを使用した海外出張予約プロセスを管理
  • 必要に応じて、ベンダーに関する調査や分析を実施し、意思決定をサポート
  • コーポレートカードプログラムを管理
  • 事業目標に沿った調達戦略を策定・実行
  • 品質、信頼性、コスト効率を確保するためにサプライヤーを特定・評価・管理

【必須要件】

  • 学士以上の学歴
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
  • 英語:コミュニケーションレベル以上
  • 経理経験5年以上、、買掛金担当経験3年以上
  • 高度なMicrosoft Officeスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
  • ERP(例:Oracle EBS)の実務経験
  • 優れた交渉力および契約管理能力
  • チームワークをもって、仕事に従事できる方

  • 経理に関連する資格

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements in collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage vendor registration processes.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and systems.
  • Track and report procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Manage Concur oversea travel booking processes.
  • Support ad-hoc vendor-related research and investigations.
  • Administer corporate card programs.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Such knowledge and experience should include:

  • Experience as a Procurement Manager or Accounts Payable Manager;
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS);
  • Advanced MS application skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
  • Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment;
  • Project management experience.

Qualifications
Fluency in writing and reading English is required.
