今後ホテル出店を展開していく株式会社TRUNKでは、新規ホテル・施設におけるリーダー候補人材を募集します。

レストラン部マネージャー(レストラン部/部長)業務をお任せいたします。

【業務詳細】

■年度予算策定

■自部門の目標策定・達成のための施策計画 など

■自部門の進捗管理・状態の把握

■課題把握と改善策の実行

■予算達成に向けた計数/予実管理・分析・利益最大化のための施策計画

■自部門オペレーション把握

■TRUNK の目指すクオリティ維持向上に対する管理(サービス・清掃クオリティの担保/衛生/改善/

サービスバリュー)

■常に顧客満足度/従業員満足度の向上を図る(来館されるお客様の声を集め、改善計画・企画立案を行なう)

■レストラン/館内ゲストからのコンプレインやVIPにおける適切な対応と解決策・改善策の提示

■部門内の人員状況の把握

■課題把握と改善策の実行(採用、育成、配置、代謝)

■評価者として必要なコミュニケーション機会の創出(目標設定・振り返り)

■理念やコンセプト理解・体現に対する浸透全業務

■自部門の課題を抽出し、浸透活動に向けた企画立案・実行

■新たな価値創造に対する取り組み企画・実行業務

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・飲食部門マネージャーの経験者もしくはアシスタントマネージャーレベルの経験が3年以上あること

・ビジネスレベルの英語、日本語(他言語の知識があると尚良い)

・コンピューター、PCスキルがあること

・オーナーシップがあること

・チームプレイヤーであること

・挑戦することや努力することが好き

・自己管理ができる

・ブティックホテルについて理解している

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 650 万円

[月給]381,500円~ (基本給310,500円~ グレード手当71,000円~を含む)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

【勤務時間】

10:00~22:00

【雇用・契約形態】

【休日・休暇】

その他月間公休9日、夏季休暇5日間、冬季休暇3日間、年末年始休暇(4日間)※ホテルを休館致します。年次有給休暇(入社半年経過時点10日 最高付与日数20日、入社3ヶ月後同社規程日数付与)、特別休暇、慶弔休暇、産前休暇、産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇 など
