  • 業務内容:

<ミッション>

プロジェクトで定められた品質基準・納期・コストを満たすよう、

全体進捗および課題やリスクを可視化し、関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトを成功に導く。

<具体的な業務内容>

品質管理計画やテスト計画の策定、品質指標の設定・進捗モニタリング、ステークホルダーへの報告資料作成および会議運営、課題やリスクの可視化と管理手法の策定と運用、発生した問題を分析し改善提案と実行のフォロー。

金融/SIer/商社/社会インフラ系システム等の多様な案件で、PMOとしてクライアントと一体となり自ら課題発見し、能動的に解決提案を行う。

  • 組織配属先:

・SIサービス事業部のいずれかの課の配属になる予定です。

※7課体制(ITシステム:計3課、金融:計2課、流通:計2課)となっており、総勢200名前後の組織となっております。

応募資格

  • 必須要件:

・開発経験 または テスト設計・QA経験

  • 歓迎条件:

・チームリーダー/サブリーダー/PMO等のPJリード経験

待遇

  • 想定年収:420万円~1200万円

  • 基本給:217,000~718,750円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有 残業時間に応じて別途支給

  • 試用期間:有 (3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度の実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月 数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価3zにて支給 )

- 昇給:年1回

  • その他:選考結果によっては契約社員で内定となる可能性があります。

- 所定労働時間:07時間45分(休憩60分)

  • 残業:有 ※月平均残業23.4時間 (2024年4月~2025年3月)

- 年間休日125日 ※2025年度予定

(土曜、日曜、祝日、その他:夏季休暇、年末年始休暇)

- 有給休暇:

初年度:入社月に応じて4~14日付与(入社月から取得可能)

次年度:15日付与(以降、勤続1年ごとに1日増加【最大20日まで】)
