【業務概要】

今回募集するのは、事業成長の中核を担う「営業責任者ポジション」。
成果がダイレクトに報酬へ反映される仕組みのため、戦略設計から実行までを自ら主導し、
自分の意思決定と行動によって収入・評価・キャリアを高めていける、極めて裁量の大きなポジションです。

入社後は、法人向け人材育成サービスの提案や、エンジニアのキャリア支援事業を軸に、
営業戦略の立案、顧客開拓、売上拡大をリードしていただきます。
単なるプレイヤーではなく、経営者視点で「人・モノ・金」を動かし、事業を伸ばす役割を担っていただきます。

ビジネスの仕組みを実践の中で学びながら、

【業務詳細】
■法人企業に向けた人材育成サービスの提案
┗既存の顧客が多いですが、新規開拓も行っていただきます
■エンジニアの集客、キャリア面談、支援
■採用に関する広告運用 etc..

ラストデータでは、0からご自身で売上を作る経験をしていただきます。
※基本的には企業様サイド、求職者様サイド両面で行っていただきます。

部署として10名前後の規模です。
企業様からの受注が増えている状況ですので、より良い転職支援ができるようマッチングを対応していただきます。

【年収】
■500万~1000万円+インセンティブ
■前職給与保証
■未経験入社の方の多くは2ヵ月目あたりから契約を取れるようになり、
ほとんどの方はインセンティブのみで月30~70万円を獲得しています。

【待遇・福利厚生】
■月給30万円~50万円+インセンティブ
■年間休日120日以上(土日祝、夏季・年末年始休暇)
■社会保険完備、通勤手当支給など
