仕事内容:

\ ベビーシッターの"最初の一歩"を支える人に /

キッズラインでベビーシッターとして働くことに興味がある方の集客・選考を行うチームへの所属となります。

ベビーシッター登録説明会やロールプレイング型選考の運営に加え、選考フローの改善や仕組み化などベビーシッター選考に関わる領域の業務をお願いします。

  • ベビーシッター登録説明会の進行・運営
  • ロールプレイング型選考の実施・評価・フィードバック
  • 選考データの管理・分析
  • 選考プロセスの課題発見・改善提案・施策実行(マニュアル整備、運用ルールの見直しなど)
  • 各種事務業務(登録情報の管理、資料作成、進捗管理)
  • メールや電話での問い合わせ対応
  • その他、上記に付随する運営業務全般

(変更の範囲)会社の指定する業務への異動を命じることがある。

【必須】

  • 基本的なPC操作(中級程度)
  • 顧客対応経験
  • プロジェクト推進、またはチーム・メンバーのマネジメント経験

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日 基本10時00分~19時00分 実働8時間 (休憩60分)

※週2~3日 19:30~21:30の時間帯勤務の可能性有

※月に2~3回程度土日祝いずれかでの勤務の可能性有

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥280,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥73,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
