【仕事内容】

当社は、1991年に創業し、世界150か国のホテル情報を扱う予約メディアを運営しています。世界中のランドオペレーターからホテル情報を収集し、国内外の旅行会社や提携企業、個人ユーザーに提供しています。事業内容は、海外ホテルの予約・手配、料金比較サイトの運営、ホテルクーポンの販売です。

旅行業界の需要が回復する中、当社は盤石の地位を確立し、ホテルと航空券のクロスセル戦略で付加価値を高めています。

<お任せする仕事内容>

あなたには、法人営業をお任せします。

<具体的には…>

  • 旅行会社様への営業(海外航空券)新規30%、既存70%

└電話やメールでアポイントを取得後、訪問(オンライン商談含む)を行なっていただきますので飛び込みはありません。

  • 旅行会社様の業務効率化の提案
  • 旅行会社様との契約取りまとめ
  • 営業事務作業(請求書発行、入金管理など)

<入社後の流れ>

  • Step1:基礎研修(業界構造、航空券発券の仕組み、GDS操作など)
  • Step2:同行営業とOJT(既存顧客との訪問で実践を学習)
  • Step3:担当エリアを持ち自立した営業活動の推進

【給与】

月給34万円以上+業績連動賞与

※上記金額には、固定残業代として月45時間相当分・8万9000円以上が含まれます。超過分は別途追加支給します。

  • 想定年収は408万円〜504万円です。
