・請求書、見積書のチェック

・郵送物対応とデータ入力、スケジュール調整や資料作成

・助成金関連の報告書作成や外注スタッフの報酬計算

・海外の商団や国内の財団が主催のイベントの窓口、簡単な予約

・社内マニュアルの更新

・その他付随する業務
