セールス ストラテジー&オペレーション マネージャーと緊密に協力して、ビジネスを円滑に運営し、チームが煩雑なシステムやツールを使いこなせるよう支援してください。また、日本の第一広告営業本部(LCS)のさまざまな部門横断型チームと協力して問題を解決するとともに、業務標準に基づいてプロジェクトを企画、管理、実行し、成功に導いていただきます。

業務内容
日本の第一広告営業本部チームの戦略策定、分析業務、日々の業務運営を支援する。
データの分析とモデリングを行って傾向を把握し、効率化の機会を特定する。レポート作成を支援し、チームと主要な関係者のニーズに対応するために、ツールやダッシュボードを構築、管理する。
アドホック分析を行って業績、ユーザーに関する指標、KPI を把握し、分析結果を簡潔にまとめて提案とともに経営幹部に提供する。
プロセスの問題点を見極め、改善の機会を見出す。
ビジネス部門の改善につながる問題を把握し、解決する。また、ビジネス部門に関連するビジネス チャンスを見極め、活用する。
