Qualifications
Proven management experience in the Food & Beverage division, with hands-on experience in restaurant
Extensive knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverages
Excellent leadership and training skills with a team-oriented mindset
Intermediate or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written communication required)
Intermediate PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel
