業務内容

Assist Captain/Manager to constantly achieve sales and MS targets
Responsible for the cleanliness of stations
Check and supervise a proper set-up and ensure sufficient mise en place for outlet.
Maintain the adherence to F&B policies and service standards by demonstrating leadership
売り上げ目標、メンバー満足度達成の為にキャプテン/マネージャーをサポート
レストラン内の衛生管理に努める
レストラン内が適切にセッティングされているか管理監督する
リーダーシップを持って料飲部門ポリシー、サービスの維持に努める

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications.

勤務時間

5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)

Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 8:30 a.m. and 23:00pm
