Product Functions

  • Describe the selection of Food & Beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain food & menu knowledge for items offered in the F&B Outlet; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the chef and bartender using the Hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; Serve the guests in a timely manner. /食事

・ドリンクメニューをゲストに説明する。各商品の原産地、味、提供方法を興味をそそるよう活き活きと説明する。レストランで提供する料飲の知識を維持する。特別なニーズやリクエストを含めて、ゲストの注文をPOSシステムを使ってシェフ、バーテンダーに伝える。準備のできた注文内容とゲストの注文が合っていることを確認する。適切なタイミングでゲストにサービスをする。

  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and drink stations. /テーブル、ドリンクステーションの片付け、清掃、セットアップを行う。

EDUCATION/学歴: High School education or equivalent experience/高校卒業もしくは同程度

EXPERIENCE/経歴: Preferably two years F&B service or related work. /F&Bサービス、または関連職務の2年の経験を有することが望ましい。

TRAVEL/出張: None/なし

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. / その他アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。

  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. /適切かつ正確にゲストの会計をする。現金およびクレジットカード支払いの処理、Voidしたチェック、無料サービス品の適切な決済処理。
  • Be mindful of spoilages. /腐敗に注意する。
