市場参入(GTM)チームは、Google の広告ビジネスを円滑に運営することを使命としています。市場参入戦略の策定と、それに沿った遂行および運営において中核的な役割を担っています。社内の優先事項と日々の業務が整合するよう調整するとともに、初期段階のアイデアが今後の成長につながる取り組みに発展するようサポートすることも、このチームの重要な役割のひとつです。チームメンバーは、主な広告ビジネスに特化した専門チームと、さまざまな広告ビジネスを横断的に扱うグローバル チームに分かれて、各自の業務に取り組んでいます。

本職種は、ストラテジー&オペレーション マネージャーとして、ビジネスに不可欠な知見の提供と提案を通じて意思決定を支援するとともに、目標や期待値にずれが生じないようさまざまなチーム間の調整を図るポジションです。さらに、計画を実行し、業務を遂行できるようさまざまなチームを支援することも求められます。セールス ストラテジー&オペレーション マネージャーと緊密に協力して、ビジネスを円滑に運営し、チームが煩雑なシステムやツールを使いこなせるよう支援してください。また、さまざまな部門横断型チームと協力して問題を解決するとともに、業務標準に基づいてプロジェクトを企画、管理、実行していただきます。セールスチームの支援と動機付けを行うことを通じて重要なビジネス チャンスを活用し、Google のビジネスを成功に導くことがこのチームの目標です。Google ビジネスに取り組む各チームがそれぞれ重点的な取り組み、スケジュール、方向性を適切に決定できるようサポートしてください。

業務内容

第一広告営業本部チームの戦略策定、調査業務、日々の業務運営を支援する。
データの分析とモデリングを行って傾向を把握し、効率化の機会を特定する。レポート作成を支援し、チームと主要な関係者のニーズに対応するために、ツールやダッシュボードを構築、管理する。
アドホック分析を行って業績、ユーザーに関する指標、KPI を把握し、分析結果を簡潔にまとめて提案とともに経営幹部に提供する。
プロセスの問題点を見極め、改善の機会を見出す。
ビジネス部門の改善につながる問題を把握し、解決する。また、ビジネス部門に関連するビジネス チャンスを見極め、活用する。
