Cascade cafeでは朝はホテル滞在のゲストが朝食を召し上がることが多く、英語を使う頻度が高い環境です。

午後になりますとアフタヌーンティーやランチを楽しむローカルゲストも増え、日本語と英語両方を使う機会がございます。

英語での接客が出来れば尚可ですが、これから英語力を上げたい方、また日本語を勉強中の方にも良い環境と言えると思います。

*日本語でコミュニケーションが取れる方(N3相当以上), 英語のコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方

・シフト制(所定労働時間7.5時間/1日)

・レストラン営業時間:6:30~22:00 (21:30 L.O.)※時間帯は要相談

・オペレーションの状況により残業有※残業代別途支給

[Main Job Responsibilities]

Preparing tables, greeting customers, and showing them to their seats
Explaining the restaurant menu and recommending dishes and beverages
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Resolving issues with a professional attitude
Working as a team with the restaurant service team and kitchen staff


At Cascade Cafe, many hotel stay guests take breakfast in the morning, during the time you have an opportunities to use English.


In the afternoon, local guests also increase, enjoying afternoon tea or lunch, providing opportunities to use both Japanese and English.

Communicable Japanese language skill is required.

・Work Shift (standard working hours: 7.5 hours per day)

・Restaurant operating hours: 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:30 PM)

・overwork fee will be paid separately
