【 Job Description】
■Responsibilities
You will join the client's ITSM tool implementation project, handling tasks such as:
・Upstream processes like implementation assessment and requirements definition.
・Planning, execution, and evaluation of Proof of Concepts (PoC).
・Designing and testing the ITSM tool.
(Note: ServiceNow will be the main ITSM tool used.)
■Specifically
・Defining requirements, designing, developing, testing, and migrating the ITSM tool.
・Providing partial maintenance and support for the ITSM tool.
・Reporting and coordinating on client-specific issues and challenges.
Scope of Duties:
Your work may include any duties within the company. This can involve working under the direction of a client at their business site, or working under the direction of the company at either a client's or the company's business site. Furthermore, you may be assigned to a secondment in accordance with the company's HR regulations, in which case your duties would include those determined by the seconded company.
Anticipated Projects:
ITSM Tool Implementation Support: Assisting with the implementation of tools for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
・Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Construction Support.
・Security Operations (SecOps) Implementation Support: Achieving SecOps by integrating ServiceNow with tools like Tenable and Tanium.
・And other similar projects.
【Requirements】
■Required
・Experience participating in ITSM tool implementation projects
・Experience designing system operations compliant with ITIL or similar frameworks
・Experience developing applications such as web development using JavaScript
■Preferred
・Experience developing RPA tools
・Experience developing low-code applications
・Industry experience (automotive, cleantech, healthcare)
【Qualifications】
・ITIL Foundation, ITIL V3, 4 certification or equivalent knowledge
・ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, etc.)
・AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant certifications
・IPA Advanced Information Technology Engineer Examination (e.g., IT Service Manager)
・Project Management Professional (PMP)

・Experience in operational design teams or PMOs for large-scale projects
・Experience managing maintenance/operations teams as a leader or sub-leader
