【 Job Description】
The company faces the critical challenge of managing its rapidly growing source code and infrastructure resources.
Currently, over thousands of infrastructure resources are managed by IaC and these are growing daily.
The company is required to operate this efficiently while maintaining productivity and maintainability.
Specifically, there is an urgent need to standardize implementations, improve reusability through modularization, and automate operations.
With this background, the company is looking for an IaC/DevOps/Infra specialist to drive efficiency and standardization throughout the organization.
【Responsibilities】
The company requires efficient workflows for security support, account management, and process automation. You will be responsible for developing security strategies, promoting standardization, and working with the CTO to plan investments in SRE.
In addition, as manager of the infrastructure department, you will be responsible for overall team planning, performance evaluation of engineers, and cross-team communication.

7+ years of experience working in an infrastructure environment
Experience leading an infrastructure department
Experience in people management
English: Business level
Japanese: Business level

Progress management experience as a scrum master or project manager
Knowledge and experience in automating security responses and account management
Experience working from a global perspective
